TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to PR Unscripted, operated by PR Unscripted Inc. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, event registration, ticket purchases, applications, and participation in PR Unscripted events and experiences.

By accessing our website, submitting information, purchasing tickets, or participating in our events, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website or participating in any PR Unscripted program or event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

PR Unscripted Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms as necessary. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

2. WEBSITE USE

Our website is intended to provide information about PR Unscripted events, programming, registration, speaking opportunities, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships.

Users agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, submit false information, interfere with website functionality, or use our content without authorization.

PR Unscripted Inc. reserves the right to restrict access to individuals who misuse our website or violate these Terms.

3. EVENT REGISTRATION

PR Unscripted 2027 is scheduled for April 23–24, 2027, at the Kimpton Pittman Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Select VIP experiences are scheduled for April 22, 2027.

Registration is subject to availability and the admission category selected.

PR Unscripted offers three ticket categories:

  • Complimentary General Admission

  • Paid General Admission

  • The Collective VIP

Each ticket category includes specific benefits and access privileges described on our website and at checkout.

Purchasing or reserving a ticket does not guarantee participation in limited-capacity activities, private appointments, interviews, or special experiences unless expressly confirmed.

4. TICKET SALES AND REFUND POLICY

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.

All paid tickets purchased for PR Unscripted events are nonrefundable.

No refunds will be issued for any reason unless PR Unscripted Inc. cancels the event entirely without rescheduling it, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changes in personal or professional schedules

  • Illness or inability to attend

  • Travel cancellations or transportation problems

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal emergencies

  • Failure to attend the event

  • Dissatisfaction with individual speakers or programming changes

  • Purchasing the wrong ticket category

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.

5. EVENT CANCELLATION BY PR UNSCRIPTED INC.

If PR Unscripted Inc. cancels the event entirely and does not reschedule it, paid ticket purchasers will receive a refund of the amount paid for admission, including applicable taxes and organizer-collected fees.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

PR Unscripted Inc. is not responsible for independently purchased airfare, hotel reservations, transportation, meals, or other travel-related expenses.

6. EVENT POSTPONEMENT OR RESCHEDULING

PR Unscripted Inc. reserves the right to postpone or reschedule an event when necessary.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the newly announced dates at the same admission level.

A postponed or rescheduled event does not qualify for a refund unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Attendees are responsible for adjusting their personal travel and accommodation arrangements.

7. TICKET TRANSFERS

Paid tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee under the following conditions:

  • One transfer is permitted per paid ticket.

  • Transfer requests must be submitted by April 15, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

  • Requests must be submitted by the original purchaser from the email address associated with the purchase.

  • The replacement attendee's full name and email address must be provided.

  • Transfers are not final until approved and confirmed by PR Unscripted Inc.

Transfers remain within the original ticket category and do not guarantee the transfer of separately reserved experiences.

Complimentary tickets are nontransferable without approval.

Unauthorized ticket resale is prohibited.

8. EVENT PROGRAMMING AND SCHEDULE CHANGES

PR Unscripted Inc. reserves the right to modify speakers, facilitators, session schedules, programming, venue assignments, and event experiences as necessary.

Reasonable programming adjustments do not constitute event cancellation and do not qualify attendees for refunds.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant event changes.

9. ATTENDEE CONDUCT

PR Unscripted is committed to creating a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and partners are expected to conduct themselves appropriately.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, intimidation, violence, and disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

PR Unscripted Inc. reserves the right to remove individuals whose conduct violates event policies or compromises the safety or experience of others.

Removal for misconduct does not entitle an attendee to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

10. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

PR Unscripted events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for editorial, promotional, marketing, and event documentation purposes.

Attendees may appear in photographs or recordings taken in shared event spaces, subject to applicable law and any required permissions.

Attendees with concerns about photography or recording should contact PR Unscripted before the event to discuss available accommodations.

Separate permissions or agreements may apply to featured speakers, interview participants, and other contributors.

Unauthorized recording of restricted sessions or private experiences is prohibited.

11. SPEAKER APPLICATIONS

Submission of a speaker application does not guarantee selection or participation.

PR Unscripted Inc. reserves the right to review, accept, or decline speaker applications according to programming needs and qualifications.

Selected speakers may be required to sign separate agreements outlining participation, responsibilities, presentation materials, and recording permissions.

12. VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS

Submitting a volunteer application does not guarantee acceptance.

Selected volunteers must meet the availability and participation requirements communicated during the application process.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, volunteers are responsible for their own transportation, travel, and accommodations.

Additional volunteer expectations may be established through separate agreements.
